Dr. Kenneth Falterman

Dr. Kenneth Falterman, Pediatric General Surgeon at Women's & Children's Hospital, specializes in the surgical treatment of abdominal organs such as the stomach, colon, liver, gallbladder, etc. His practice focus includes minimally invasive endoscopic surgery and neonatal surgery.

Dr. Falterman completed his General Surgery residency at Louisiana State University and affiliate hospitals. He then went on to complete his residency training in pediatric surgery at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Falterman is board-certified and was recently recertified in pediatric surgery by the American Board of Surgery.  He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Surgeons.  He is also a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Surgery Association, Louisiana State Medical Society and the Lafayette Parish Medical Society. Dr. Falterman is the Medical Director of the Kids Specialty Center.
